A landowner in Shah Alam approached us with a design for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, intending to move to his home village in Sabak Bernam.

After a site visit, our team proposed a modern village-style house that would be better suited to the area and landscape. We adjusted the design and began the project on July 21, 2022, with a 4-month completion target. Impressed with our progress, the owner requested an additional 200 sqft guest house, completed simultaneously with the main house.
